Command Arena uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep accounts signed in, protect the Service, remember preferences and operate multiplayer features. These necessary technologies are required for the Service to work.
If we enable optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will list them in this notice and, where required, will not activate them until you choose to accept them. You can change optional choices at any time through Cookie Settings in the website footer once optional technologies exist.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| iw_session (cookie) | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in securely across the website and games (HttpOnly session token) | 30 days |
| iw_name (browser storage) | Preference | Remembers your callsign locally so game menus greet you | Until cleared |
That is the complete list. Command Arena currently uses no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. Advertising, if shown, is contextual and sets nothing in your browser. This table must be re-checked against the production browser before each new effective date.
We may in future use small first-party cookies or similar browser storage to measure how the Service is used and to remember how a visitor arrived (for example, a friend's invite link). Any such technology will be first-party only, listed in the table above before it is used, and offered with any choice the law requires.
| Category | Purpose | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics | Measure traffic, errors and feature use | Off — none in use |
| Advertising | Contextual or personalised advertising | Contextual only at launch; personalised off — none in use |
If this ever changes, this notice will be updated first, a consent choice will be offered where required (with Reject and Accept given equal prominence and nothing pre-ticked), and your choice will be recorded with its version and time.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie will sign you out and prevent accounts and multiplayer features from working.
